Praising Kane
Dog training

Problem
Praising Kane was starting business — no site, no Instagram, nothing yet to point new customers to. The brief wasn’t just a marketing page: the owner wanted a reliable way for customers to find the business and book a session directly.
Approach
It started with a conversation: the training approach, the client base, and the vision for how the business should come across, before writing a single line of code. Even with the client being overseas, we kept a clear line of communications — synchronous and asynchronous. From there: build, test across real devices and browsers, and hold the result to a high bar on SEO, accessibility, and performance.
The contact pipeline was the real engineering work here: form submissions retry through a queue if the email provider is briefly unavailable, so nothing gets dropped silently. That’s the differentiator worth naming — most small business contact forms fail quietly and nobody finds out until a customer complains they never heard back.
Built on Astro static output and Cloudflare Pages — the same stack sold to every BAD client, this one included.
