Who we are

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter (name, email address, and your message). This is personal data, processed only to answer your inquiry — the legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by email. We keep that correspondence for [PLACEHOLDER retention period, e.g. "12 months after the inquiry is resolved"], then delete it. If our email provider is temporarily unavailable, your submission may be held in a delivery queue for at most 7 days before being sent or automatically deleted.

Spam protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) to distinguish people from bots. To limit abuse we also apply rate limiting; for that purpose we store only irreversible hashes — never your actual IP address or email address.
